Kiyomizu-dera Temple
It is one of the most famous world heritages of Kyoto. The main temple structured in 'butai-zukuri'was built by placing zelkova wood posts up to 12 meters tall and no nails were used. It is said that Sei Shonagon, poet of the Heian period has visited.
