Kokedera (Saihoji Temple)
Kokedera is a World Heritage Site where you can enjoy about 120 kinds of beautiful mosses in all four seasons. The official name of the temple is Saihoji. In the Asuka period, there was a villa of Prince Shotoku and a statue of Amitabha Nyorai enshrined here. Reservations must be made in advance on a return postcard.
