The user hereby consents in advance to the transfer of their personal data collected under the former kotobike service to our company, following Kyubei Co., Ltd.'s absorption-type split to succeed the “kotobike” shared bicycle service business from our company.

During the transition period ending March 31, 2026, our company will outsource all or part of the operations of this service, the processing of personal data, customer support, and billing collection to Kyube Co., Ltd.
