The following functions will not be available during the following schedule to upgrade the app (iOS 1.2.5 → 2.0.1, Android 2.1 → 3.0.0).

・ Start using
・ Return
・ Ticket purchase 
・ Ticket inquiry
・ Use of coupon
・ Usage history / reservation status

If you are using or planning to use a bicycle, please return it by 12:00 on Thursday, January 16th.
If you have to return it during the above period, please contact kotobike support center.
Since a return operation cannot be performed from the application, a proxy return will be made at the support center.


■ Changes due to version upgrade

(1) Payment method
[Before version upgrade (iOS 1.2.5, Android 2.1)]
A form to purchase tickets in advance.

[After version upgrade (iOS 2.0.1, Android 3.0.0)]
No need to purchase tickets in advance.
Payment will be made to your registered credit card when the bicycle is returned.

With the abolition of the ticket pre-purchase format, customers with valid tickets will be refunded.
We will contact you individually.

(2) Account authentication method and security improvement
Customers who do not receive the verification code by email when creating an account will be able to receive the verification code by phone number (SMS).
In addition, we will improve security measures.

According to this change, existing users will need to register again.
