kotobike has been integrated into “Charichari” as of Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in order to further enhance our services.
We kindly ask that you continue to use our services through the Charichari platform and app. To use Charichari, you will need to download the Charichari app and complete a new user registration.

[Important Notes Regarding the Termination of kotobike Services]
  • As of 4:30 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, bike rentals, purchases of time-based passes, and new monthly subscriptions have ended.
    Returns were accepted until 8:00 PM on the same day. Please ensure that all bicycles were returned by that time.
  • The kotobike app will no longer be accessible from Monday, April 27, 2026.
    Please check and save your usage history and any necessary information by Sunday, April 26, 2026.
